tire balancing Empty tire balancing

Dear riders, any of you have changed the tires in your scooter?

as I find there is a balancing weigth there , so as you change the tire a balancing should be performed to assure the high speed of a small wheel will not be resulting in dangerous vibration to the rest of the scooter.

I hope that someone here in the club may have some story or reference to share.
