OIl leaking from the Fork absorber !!!

Well, after just 10 month of life my SYM 250I evo has started to pump out oil from the front fork absorber , then I went to the service centre in Jb and I had it serviced (replace the oil gasket)for a total sum of 86 ringgit malaysia.
Rigth now I am really thinking there are problem of quality in SYM, I cannot tollerate this matters , as if the parts are not seems to last .
Few of the ofthe riders has commented the muffler do not last as long as it suppose to be , , as it cost almost 2000 ringgit malaysia to replace it , there are several cheap solution like cutting and operate it to usualy take out the Catalyser , a piece of fine net in cylidrical form to just make the emission passing the EURO 3 standards, no influence on the bike performances.
Well if it happen to have problem with the front fork absorber , do not wait to service it , the scooter can be very dangerous with poor absorber performances, you may end up falling on the floor due to it.
